Book Now for College Open Days 2016

You’re invited to join us at the upcoming Macquarie College Open Days, occurring in June and August.

Macquarie College is a leading Independent School in the Hunter Region, educating boys and girls from Pre-School to Year 12, and we’re extending the invitation to you and your family to meet some of our fantastic community Leaders.

Join us on Wednesday 22nd June (1.45pm-3.15pm).  Families with primary school aged students seeking opportunities to join the Macquarie College Junior School (Kindergarten – Year 6), or families seeking information about joining our Senior School (Years 7-12) from 2017 are encouraged to attend on this day.

Start your visit off with a guided tour of the high quality facilities around the College Campus, including the Senior School Design & Technology Workshops, Food Technology Kitchens, Science Labs, Creative and Performing Arts spaces, as well as our bright, colourful and interactive Junior School Classrooms.  Tours are hosted by members of the 2016 Student Representative Council who are thrilled to share with you their College.

Then, join us for afternoon tea and an Information Session with our Principal (Dr Bruce Youlden), Head of Junior School (Mrs Melinda Buckley) and Head of Senior School (Mr Marvin Anderson).  Learn about our academic program, the many co-curriculum programs and also our approach to education which is underpinned by Christian principles, delivered in a conscious, activated and nurturing environment through our Bible and Studies of Religion programs throughout the College.

Enjoy refreshments and visit our College Expo, featuring some of the major works and interactive projects that our students are current working on.

Parents, Grandparents & Students are welcome.
