Valuing curiosity, discovery, creativity and learning
Innovation is born of curiosity and creativity. When a person can harness their signature strengths in order to solve problems and celebrate learning they will likely experience flow, meaning and ultimately wellbeing. All of this can be worked towards with an attitude of GRIT and resilience that allows us to obstacles and challenges that occur upon the path of learning.

Celebrating achievements
A self actualised person does not feel threatened by the success of others, instead they celebrate the achievements of others. Similarly, it is important to recognise one’s own achievements and value achievement as a reflection of sustained effort.
